FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Kigali, April 06 2019 --- On 2nd of April, 2019 the Government of Rwanda terminated the concession agreement with Oshen Healthcare Rwanda Ltd for the management of King Faisal Hospital.

The management of King Faisal Hospital will revert back to the Government of Rwanda.

The Government of Rwanda is currently working closely with Oshen Healthcare Rwanda Ltd in order to ensure a smooth handover process.

The Ministry of Health would like to inform the general public that during this time, services rendered by the hospital will continue as normal. The patients and their families should be reassured that there will be no disruption of services, Doctor schedules are maintained and clients will continue to be taken care of in the most convenient way.

The Government of Rwanda assures the public that providing world-class medical services at King Faisal Hospital will remain the top priority.
