The Health Workforce Management System, initially referred to as 'Clinical Staff eRecruitment', is an electronic system that allows clinicians associated with any healthcare professional council, including nurses, midwives, and anesthesiologists, among others, to apply for jobs posted by the Ministry of Health.
The system was launched by the MOH Rwanda to digitize the recruitment process of clinical staff. All health professionals with valid license to practice in Rwanda are eligible to apply for jobs or seek job transfers.
Applicants need to register first, in order to use the Health Workforce Management System.
