65% of health facilities and community health workers in Rwanda are actively using Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) to support service delivery and improve patient care.

Infrastructure Coverage

86% of health facilities and community health workers are equipped with essential digital infrastructure, including desktops or 4G-enabled smartphones, as well as LAN/WAN connectivity and SIM-based internet access.

Interoperability Coverage

90% of the EMR system is integrated with key national platforms, including NIDA, insurance systems such as RSSB, and e-payment solutions like e-Rembo. These integrations enable seamless information exchange across health facilities, supporting continuity of care and strengthening the overall health ecosystem.
